Our Policy is easy: 30 days! You may choose to return your order up to 30 days after you receive your shipment! If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know. We will do our best to make it right.

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order online any time for the item you want in exchange. All exchanges are processed seperately as a Return and a Sale.
Returns for all reasons (other than Damage or Incorrect Item Shipped)
- Items can be returned up to 30 Days. Sorry, no returns after 30 days.
- We refund the price of the Merchandise ONLY.
- We do not refund original shipping charges.
- All items must be NEW and UNUSED and in their original packaging.
Returns due to Shipment Damage or Shipment of an Incorrect Item
- You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment (using the form below) and request a return authorization.
- We must authorize your return or we will not reimburse your shipping costs.
- In certain cases, we may request pictures of the item in question.
- We will require you to pack the item into a shipping box. We will send you a shipping label. Please be sure you pack the item so that it does not become more damaged.
- All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
- We do not consider a color variation to be a product defect. Computer monitors display colors differently; no two screens are exactly alike. If you are unsure about a color, email us for more information before you order
- Our 30 day return policy starts from the date your item was delivered. The item must be back in our possession within 30 days from then.
- Returned items must be NEW and UNUSED condition with ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Merchandise must be free of scents (cigarette, perfume, and pet).
- When you return your shipment, make sure to INSURE your return for LOSS and DAMAGE! Damage that occurs during the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
- Our return process is not automated; please keep in mind that we are in the Eastern time zone and will respond during our business hours.
