Regarding your credit card purchase - what is a CVV2 number? CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Value" (Discover Card calls it the "Cardmember ID"). It is the three-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. The CVV2 number is always the last group of numbers in the signature space on the back of the card. It is not part of your regular credit card number. It is a four-digit number on the front of American Express cards. It is printed (flat), not embossed like the card number.
Paypal: We offer PayPal as as another secure means to use your credit card on-line or to have an electronic check sent online. Paypal accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may also send an Electronic check (E-check) from Paypal, which withdraws money directly from your checking account.
Shipping:
Most orders are shipped within 5 business days or less. If you have a special need for expedited shipping, please send us a separate mail to notify us - in many cases we can accommodate your needs.
U.S. Shipping. We ship all items in the US by US Postal Service, using primarily Priority or Express Mail delivery. A Parcel Post option is available for packages weighing over 5 pounds. Priority Mail arrives within 2 to 3 days in most U.S. cities. Parcel Post arrives within 10-14 business days. Express Mail (1-2 days) also available. Our shopping cart will automatically figure the shipping charges based on your zip code and the total weight of the items you add to your cart.
International shipping is available to most countries. We can offer Air Mail for packages weighing less than 1 lb. For packages weighing over 1 lb. we utilize Global Express, which is the only form of mailing that provides insured shipping with tracking of packages. We reserve the right to cancel orders requesting shipment to people or areas known for or suspected of credit card fraud.
Note: TropicalBreezeDecor.com can not accommodate in-person pick up or return of products. We receive and deliver products via shipping services only.
Guarantee / Returns:
We guarantee that your items will be as described. If you notify us of defective merchandise within 3 days of receipt, we will arrange an exchange .
We will accept other returns for store credit only, with prior authorization. The store credit will be in the form of a credit certificate number that will be emailed to you and can be used towards another purchase from our store. Please read the the following guidelines:
- You must obtain a return authorization (RMA) prior to return - contact us by email within 5 days of receipt of your merchandise.
- The item must be returned within 10 days of receipt. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without a return authorization may be refused. Click HERE to go to our RMA form.
- The item must be in original, saleable condition, with original packaging and any original tags intact and attached.
- Apparel and/or fabric merchandise must be free of the scent of cologne or perfume and spot-free. Otherwise we can not consider it as new.
- If the merchandise is not received in original condition, a restocking fee of 20 - 50% may be imposed.
- On store credit returns, shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Sale, clearance and holiday merchandise is not returnable.
